Role Description The Investment Banking Specialist will work on-site in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity, supporting deal execution and client advisory projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include building detailed financial models, conducting valuation analyses, preparing pitch books and transaction materials, and performing market and industry research.

The role involves coordinating due diligence processes, synthesizing financial and operational data, and supporting senior team members in client meetings and negotiations.

Qualifications




Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret complex financial data, assess business performance, and support transaction decision-making.
Candidates should possess Financial Modeling and Finance skills to build robust models, perform valuations, and analyze capital structures.
Candidates should possess Investments and Due Diligence skills to evaluate opportunities, review financial and operational information, and identify key risks and value drivers.
Relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or financial advisory is beneficial, along with familiarity with equity, debt, and M&A; transactions.
Robust written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment are essential.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred; skilled certifications such as CFA or CA are an advantage.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases, along with a commitment to ethical standards and collaborative teamwork, will be highly valued.
