Role Description This is a full time, in office Investment Banking Specialist role based in Mumbai.

The Investment Banking

Specialist will support end-to-end deal execution, including financial analysis, valuation, and financial modeling across M&A;, fund raising, and other advisory mandates.

Responsibilities include preparing pitch books and transaction materials,



conducting industry and company research, and assisting with due diligence and risk assessment. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, tracking deal timelines, and contributing to the structuring of transactions and negotiation support. The specialist will also monitor market trends, maintain transaction databases, and help prepare client presentations and internal reports.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Financial Modeling.

Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Finance and Investments.

Candidates should possess experience in Due Diligence and transaction analysis.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create explicit presentations and reports.

High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

MBA Finance or CA is a mandatory qualification

Prior work experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related financial services is preferred.
