We are looking for a Junior MIS Executive to support the Learning & Development team by managing training data, maintaining records, and preparing MIS reports. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Excel and have robust analytical and organizational skills. Responsibilities
Maintain training records, attendance, and LMS data.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Generate reports and dashboards using MS Excel.
Coordinate training schedules and update trackers.
Ensure data accuracy and support documentation and presentations.
Required Skills Solid knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Positive analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
