JD: L2 engineer for the following roles -
Intune & JAMF Administrator – Level 2, Immediate Joiner, preferably based in Bengaluru.
M365 and Collaboration (including SharePoint) – Level 2, Immediate Joiner, preferably based in Bengaluru.
Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Administrator – Level 2, Immediate Joiner, preferably based in Bengaluru.

Provide steady-state Level 2 (L2) user support for incidents for in scope Services for AVD management issues, including patch management, configuration, compliance, and reporting. Delivering services through a structured operational model to ensure: Optimal performance, Enhanced user productivity.
Service Availability, Compliance Report
Monitor AVD infrastructure, performance and availability
Patch management
Performance tuning to enhance user productivity
Enforce Compliance policies as approved by Customer
Reporting Services as agreed
User Experience
Monitor User Experience from tool provided by Customer. Propose ideas to enhance User experience
Problem Management
Trend Analysis of tickets managed and identification of Automation candidates
Service Window
Deliver 24x5 support – Shift based support Service Team
On-call support for Priority 1 incidents outside the standard service window
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Work Location: On the road
