Job Title: Kubernetes (K8s) Administrator

Location: Noida - Sector 62.

Certifications:

Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) (preferred)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3 5 years of experience in Kubernetes administration, container orchestration, or cloud-native infrastructure.

Robust scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go) and excellent documentation abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and maintain Oracle Kubernetes clusters (on-premise) including master and worker nodes, networking, and storage integration.

Manage containerized applications using Kubernetes, Helm charts, and operators.

Implement high availability, scaling, and disaster recovery strategies for Kubernetes workloads.

Monitor cluster health, performance, and resource utilization using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.

Perform cluster upgrades, patching, and security hardening with minimal downtime.

Configure Kubernetes networking (CNI plugins, ingress controllers, service meshes) and persistent storage solutions (PVC, PV, agile provisioning).





Manage secrets, config maps, RBAC policies, and security policies for multi-tenant environments.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to containers, pods, services, and cluster networking.

Automate cluster management and application deployment using CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD).

Integrate Kubernetes clusters with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools for operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory security policies in the container setting.

Maintain up-to-date documentation of cluster architecture, deployment standards, and operational procedures.

Conduct vulnerability assessments, backup, and restore operations for clusters and applications.

Collaborate with cloud teams for hybrid or multi-cloud Kubernetes deployments.
