Machine Maintenance Engineer Core Maintenance Role Duties/: Emergency Breakdown Remediation/: Take the lead in troubleshooting major equipment failures in real time, identifying and fixing the underlying causes of integrated mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Execution of Preventative and Predictive Maintenance/: Create, design, and carry out comprehensive preventative maintenance programs, utilizing predictive methods such as vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and oil condition monitoring to identify wear early.

CNC/VMC Machine Diagnostics/: Maintain and troubleshoot high/-precision CNC/VMC systems, including linear guide replacements, servo/drive calibrations, axis backlash problems, and spindle alignment drifts. PLC Automation & Electrical Control Overhauls/: Use Frequency Drives and Programmable Logic Controllers to analyze signal blocks, rebuild minor logic rungs, and fix malfunctioning control panel parts.

Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems Integrity/: Reengineer and fix heavy/-duty fluid power systems, such as pneumatic circuit blocks, hydraulic pumps, high/-pressure cylinders, proportional valves,



and directional manifolds.

Focus Skills/: Electro/-Mechanical Blueprint Fluency/: The capacity to concurrently decipher intricate technical blueprints, such as mechanical cross/-section prints, hydraulic power distribution circuits, and electrical ladder logic. Tracing electrical loops, identifying controller problems e.g., Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, or Allen/-Bradley, and adjusting servo motor profiles are all examples of practical operational comfort in industrial automation diagnostics.
