Responsibilities and Duties
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
Performing all the duties pertaining to the project site and tracking the progress of the construction.
Supervising quality control, health and safety matters on site.
Prepare reports & billing as required.
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Work Experience should be atleast 3 years
Thorough knowledge and understanding of AutoCAD & AutoCAD Plan for the construction / Structure working drawing
