On-Call Test Administrators to join our team in various locations.

Job location: New Delhi, Delhi. This is a temporary position that will go through the end of the contract.

Pay You will be paid Rs. 250 per hour Rs. 200 daily allowances. Join us as a part time, fully onsite Invigilator-where every day is different!

We offer flexible scheduling with standard operational shifts typically occurring between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, Monday through Sunday. Candidates should remain open to a stretch schedule extending until 11:00 pm as required by business needs or peak volume periods, paid travel, and the chance to create a welcoming, secure exam experience for every candidate.

Purpose of the role The Test Administrator position is responsible for providing a secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a comfortable friendly setting.

Responsibilities
Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment




Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process
Proctor / invigilate candidates while testing
Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues
Complete light housekeeping duties such as sanitizing keyboards after each candidate has finished their examination

Skills, Qualifications and Education
Must be a Graduate in any relevant field
Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
Should be open to adaptable scheduling
