Up-to-date Habitat is looking for a Junior Project Manager with 2+ years of experience in interior design or construction project management. The ideal candidate will coordinate project execution, manage site activities, ensure timely delivery, and work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and monitor interior projects from start to completion.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate with designers, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
Resolve site issues and maintain smooth project execution.
Provide regular project updates to clients and management.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Interior Design, Architecture, or Construction Project Management.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Solid knowledge of project execution and site coordination.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
Experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or project management software is an added advantage.
