We are looking for a proactive L1 Support Engineer to provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate should have positive troubleshooting skills, basic networking knowledge, and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to end users.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Resolve hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
Log and track incidents through the ticketing system.
Escalate unresolved technical issues to the L2 Support team.
Assist in user account creation, password resets, and software installations.
Ensure timely issue resolution while maintaining service quality.




Prepare basic documentation for common technical issues. Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
Understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
Familiarity with remote support tools.
Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple support requests. Qualification
B.Tech/B.E. (CS/IT), BCA, MCA, Diploma in Computer Science/IT, or equivalent. Experience: 6 Months u2013 1 Year in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Desktop Support. "
