Roles and Responsibilities
Set up and prepare printing machines before production.
Load paper, ink, plates, and other materials into the machine.

Replace worn or damaged machine parts when required.
Minimize material waste and optimize machine efficiency.
Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.
Ensure finished products meet customer specifications and company quality standards.
Coordinate with supervisors, maintenance technicians, and quality control teams.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with workplace safety standards.
