Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with at least 1 year of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations across our manufacturing entity. The ideal candidate will handle bookkeeping, GST compliance, invoicing, and support month-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally / accounting software
Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase entries, and vendor bills
Handle GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS deductions, and other statutory compliances
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management
Assist in preparing financial statements and MIS reports
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits




Track expenses and support cost-center based accounting for manufacturing operations
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience (manufacturing/SME experience preferred)
Working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced manufacturing workplace

Preferred:
Experience in a manufacturing or engineering company
Basic understanding of cost accounting / job costing

Location: Peenya Industrial Hub, Bengaluru, Karnataka (Work from office) Salary: As per industry standards, based on experience
