Role & responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of highway and structural engineering projects.

Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with internal departments, clients, contractors, and external stakeholders.

Review geometric design, pavement design, bridge and structural designs, drawings, reports, and technical specifications.

Ensure compliance with IRC, MoRTH, IS Codes, AASHTO, Eurocodes, or other applicable standards.

Plan project schedules, monitor budgets, allocate resources, and manage project risks.

Conduct technical reviews and provide engineering solutions to complex design challenges.

Support proposal preparation, technical presentations, and business development activities.

Mentor engineers and review their technical work for quality and accuracy.

Participate in client meetings and coordinate approvals with statutory authorities.

Ensure adherence to quality management systems and health, safety,



and environmental requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (M.Tech in Structural/Transportation Engineering preferred).
816 years of experience in highway and bridge/structure projects (NHAI/MoRTH/EPC/HAM preferred).
Robust knowledge of bridge, culvert, flyover, and retaining wall construction.
Experience in planning, execution, quality, billing, and contract management.
Familiarity with MoRTH specifications, IRC codes, and safety standards.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Primavera P6/MS Project.
Robust leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage site teams, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders effectively.
