The In-Room Dining (IRD) Steward is responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to guests in their rooms while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and process in-room dining orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare trays, trolleys, cutlery, condiments, and amenities as per hotel standards.
Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms within the prescribed service time.
Transparent used trays and trolleys from guest rooms promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the IRD pantry, equipment, and service areas.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely service.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Ability to work under pressure and in a rapid-paced workplace. Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred).
Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations.

Experience
6 months to 2 years of experience in In-Room Dining, Restaurant Service, or Hotel F&B; Service.
