Job Title: IBC Intern (Insolvency & Bankruptcy)

Location: Mumbai

Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our Insolvency & Bankruptcy (IBC) team. This internship provides practical exposure to insolvency resolution processes, liquidation assignments, legal documentation, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and liquidation assignments.
Support in drafting notices, reports, minutes, and regulatory filings.
Conduct research on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), NCLT orders, and related laws.
Review financial and legal documents for insolvency assignments.
Assist in preparing claims, documentation, and case records.
Coordinate with internal teams, Resolution Professionals, legal counsels,



and other stakeholders.
Maintain assignment documentation and ensure timely updates.

Eligibility
Final-year or recent graduate in B.Com, BBA, LLB, BBA LLB, BA LLB, CA Intermediate, CS, CMA, or MBA (Finance).
Solid analytical, research, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Interest in insolvency, restructuring, corporate laws, and financial advisory.
