Experience supporting one or more of:
Chromatography Systems (HPLC/UPLC/GC)
Balances and Weighing Systems
Dissolution Systems
Spectroscopy Instruments (UV, FTIR, NIR)
Stability Chambers
Environmental Monitoring Systems
Laboratory Robotics and Automated Instruments
Manufacturing/Shop Floor Equipment connected to laboratory systems
Systems & Technologies
Instrument Controllers and Data Acquisition Systems
Windows Server and Desktop environments
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP)
SQL Database basics
Active Directory and User Management
Backup and Recovery concepts
Application and Interface Monitoring
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to work in regulated settings.
Vendor management and coordination experience.
Ability to handle critical incidents under pressure
