Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division for a Junior Social Media Content Creator. The role involves creating engaging social media posts, captions, short videos, and graphics aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

The Junior Social Media Content

Creator will support the planning and scheduling of content calendars across platforms, monitor audience engagement, and gather insights from analytics. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and design teams, staying updated on social media trends,



and assisting with campaigns that promote clients products and services, particularly on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Amazon-related channels.

Qualifications
Robust skills in social media content creation, including writing captions, basic graphic design, and short-form video ideation.
Ability to support social media strategy, content planning, and calendar management across multiple platforms.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as social media engagement, brand awareness, and e-commerce promotion.
Comfort using social media and content tools (e.g., Canva, basic photo/video editing software, social scheduling tools).
Valuable written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and brand tone consistency.
Capacity to work on-site in the Pune Division, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
Basic understanding of Amazon marketplace or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
Relevant coursework or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or comparable practical experience.
