Intern (Process Automation & Digitalization) Key Responsibilities

Support the automation and digitization.

Develop and maintain workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.

Assist in designing and managing SharePoint sites, lists, and document libraries.

Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Automate repetitive tasks using Microsoft Excel Macros/VBA.

Support data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting.

Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency through digital solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and recommend automation solutions.

Maintain documentation for automated workflows, dashboards, and process changes.

Provide support for testing, troubleshooting, and deploying automation solutions.

Educational Qualification

B.Sc. (IT), B.E./B.Tech. in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related discipline.

Final-year students or recent graduates are preferred.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate.

Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint.





Understanding of Power BI for data visualization.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros.

Basic understanding of workflow automation and digital transformation concepts.

Knowledge of SQL, Power Apps, or VBA will be an added advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to recent technologies.
