Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and patient-focused Lab Technician cum Aesthetic Therapist to perform basic laboratory procedures, assist doctors during aesthetic treatments, and provide non-invasive skin and hair therapies. The ideal candidate should maintain high standards of hygiene, patient care, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Collect blood samples safely.
Process and prepare blood samples for PRP, GFC, and other regenerative procedures.
Maintain equipment and sterilization.
Keep accurate records of procedures and inventory.

Aesthetic Therapy Responsibilities
Perform treatments such as HydraFacial, Medi Facials, Chemical Peels (under doctor's guidance), Carbon Facial, and other machine-based therapies.
Prepare patients before procedures and provide post-treatment care instructions.
Assist doctors during PRP, GFC, Mesotherapy, Botox, Fillers, and other aesthetic procedures.
Maintain treatment rooms, machines, and consumables.




Ensure proper infection control and clinic hygiene.
Build positive patient relationships and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT) or equivalent.
Certification or experience in Aesthetic Therapy is preferred.
Knowledge of phlebotomy and PRP/GFC sample preparation.
Valuable communication and patient-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records.
Ability to work in a quick-paced clinical workplace.

Preferred Experience
Experience: 1–3 years in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic, or diagnostic laboratory.
