We are seeking a Manager - Financial MIS, based in Bengaluru (BLR), India and open to mid shift or night shift, to lead financial reporting, profitability analytics and business performance dashboards for a scaled US healthcare RCM organisation. The role will support 3 operating verticals, 3 US related parties and 90+ end customers by preparing accurate MIS packs, customer profitability analysis, budget versus actual reporting, AR / collections visibility, related-party reporting support and executive dashboards. The ideal candidate should have solid finance fundamentals, advanced Excel / BI capability, RCM or ITES exposure, excellent stakeholder management skills and a robust control mindset
Preferred candidate profile
Has prepared monthly financial MIS or FP&A; packs for a company with multi-business-unit or multi-customer operations.
Can explain revenue bridge, margin bridge, cost allocation and customer profitability logic with practical examples.
Can demonstrate advanced Excel and dashboarding capability through prior work samples or case assessment.
Has worked with US stakeholders or in US business reporting cycles.
Understands RCM business drivers such as collections, denials, AR ageing, billing, productivity and staffing efficiency.
Has a robust control mindset and can identify gaps between accounting records, operational trackers and management reports
