We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team and assist in delivering top-tier sandwiches while maintaining the highest hygiene and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef & Kitchen Team: Support the preparation and execution of the deli menu, including ingredient prep, sandwich assembly, and quality control.
Food Preparation: Chop, slice, and portion fresh ingredients, ensuring consistency and efficiency in production.
Hygiene & Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen at all times, adhering to food safety standards and FSSAI regulations.
Stock Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels, receiving deliveries,



and ensuring proper storage of ingredients.
Compliance & Safety: Follow health and safety protocols, including allergen management and protected food handling procedures.
Multitasking & Adaptability: Work efficiently in a quick-paced environment, assisting in various kitchen tasks as required.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Kitchen Assistant in a café, deli, or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential.
Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail.
Solid understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from senior chefs.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
