Project Executive: Floaters

Urban Vault is hiring Project Executives for our growing coworking and managed workspace business. We are looking for high-energy professionals from similar industries who can thrive in fast-paced execution settings and take complete ownership of on-ground projects.

Key Responsibilities

Drive day-to-day project execution across workspace sites

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, internal teams, and stakeholders

Track timelines, fit-outs, site readiness, and operational deliverables

Handle on-ground challenges with quick problem-solving and proactive execution

Ensure smooth coordination during workspace setup and handovers

Maintain solid follow-ups and execution discipline

Requirement

1–4 years of experience in coworking, managed office spaces, commercial interiors,



real estate, fit-outs, or facilities management

Preferred if the candidates know Tamil

Go-getter attitude with strong ownership mindset

Street-smart, proactive, and execution-focused

Bold communicator who can get things done

Strong problem-solving and coordination skills

Ability to work in energetic and fast-moving environments

Candidates from coworking, commercial real estate, workspace solutions, interiors, fit-outs are preferred. Travel & Support:

This role involves frequent intercity travel across project locations. The company will take care of expenses for:

Travel between cities accommodation

Local travel for project work
