Attend and resolve breakdowns during shift. Ensure quick response time for machine issues. Coordinate with production supervisors. Verify daily check sheets and machine conditions. Escalate major issues to senior engineer.
Ensure proper shift handover with detailed reporting. Maintain spare availability for critical components. Note and enter the water meter (RO out, RO rejection, Rest room, Canteen, Cooling tower, Borewell) Note and enter all machine HT YARD reading in system Note and enter all machine KWH reading in system
