Key Responsibilities:
Lead IT Audit engagements covering Application, Infrastructure, Security, Vendor, and Regulatory Audits.
Develop and execute the Risk-Based IT Audit Plan in line with RBI guidelines and ISO 27001 standards.
Manage external audit partners and ensure timely, high-quality audit delivery.
Advise technology teams on IT controls, risk management, and compliance.
Mentor and manage the IT Audit team while driving quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
510 years of IT Audit experience, preferably in Banking/NBFC/BFSI.
Mandatory CISA certification; CISM, CRISC, or CISSP preferred.
Robust knowledge of RBI regulations, ITGC, Information Security, and Risk-Based Audits.
Experience in team management, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
