Reporting to: TMS/ Medical Officer

: The Blood Bank Technician is responsible for performing technical and laboratory procedures related to blood collection, processing, testing, storage, and issue of blood and blood components. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and patient safety protocols while maintaining accurate records and inventory management.

Laboratory Testing
Blood Storage & Inventory Management
Documentation & Compliance
Equipment Maintenance
Blood Issue & Transfusion Support

Desired Skills: Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in testing and documentation.

Ability to work in shifts, including emergencies.

Computer proficiency and ability to maintain digital records.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a licensed blood bank. Freshers may also apply

Education: Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT/BMLT) or B.Sc. with PGDMLT.
