Key Responsibilities:
This position requires frequent field travel. The selected candidate will spend approximately 20 days per month in the field and 6 days in the office for reporting, documentation, planning, and coordination.
Provide leadership and expertise in agriculture-related matters across project activities, ensuring alignment with Amiha's commitment to fair pricing and sustainability.
Develop training materials and provide guidance to surveyors on agricultural best practices, focusing on Organic and BCI cotton cultivation.
Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively convey agricultural concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrate proficiency in farm management, technological skills,
and problem-solving abilities to optimize agricultural processes and address challenges.
Collaborate closely with team members to implement and monitor agricultural initiatives, fostering a culture of teamwork and knowledge-sharing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field.
Minimum of 1 to 2 year of experience in agriculture,
Solid communication, analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent teamwork skills and ability to provide leadership in agricultural projects.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
