Roles and Responsibility
Manage and coordinate the work of junior QSs and other staff.
Prepare and submit tenders, estimates, and quotations as required.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to resolve issues.
Develop and implement effective project management systems.
Analyze data and prepare reports on project performance.

Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in a managerial role.
Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials,



and industry standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
Solid analytical and organizational skills.
