ELECTRICAL

F To check in the logbook for the day's work and allocate manpower for the same.

F To arrange the necessary materials and to indent if items are not available.

F Inspecting the floor distribution panels and electrical rooms.

F To cross check the generator logbook.

F To allocate preventive maintenance work.

F To maintain history cards.

F To ensure that the allocated work is completed.

F To coordinate with TNEB for the supply of power.

F To carry out electrical inspection with CIEG inspectors and to rectify the problems mentioned by them.

F To carry out other works as and when assigned.

F To suggest up gradation (or) modification in the related field to HOD for betterment of services.

A/C

F To check in the logbook for the day's work and allocate manpower for the same.

F To arrange the necessary materials and indent for the materials.

F To prepare for preventive maintenance and carry out breakdown maintenance.

F To maintain the air handling and fan coil units, window a/c's, split a/c's, package units and central air conditioning plants.

F To carry out modification works in A/C.





F To maintain and inspect the chilled water line system.

F To plan for shutdown works and carryout the same.

F To inspect all the A/C equipment's.

F To prepare costing work for major renovations/modifications.

F To attend to problems and solving them

UTILITY EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE

F To check the logbook for the day's work and carry out the same.

F To arrange for routine preventive maintenance.

F To go for rounds to kitchen, laundry and CSSD for the functioning of equipment.

F To care and maintenance of hot water/ steam boilers system.

F To monitor quality of boiler operations for fuel economy.

PLUMBING AND SANITORY

F To inspect the quality and quantity of water.

F To arrange water for the hospital use.

F To fix up tankers for supplying water.

F To maintain the quality of water and regulate the same at all times.

To inspect drainage ducts and attend to the problem
