Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through market research, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria before handing off to the sales/technical team
Build and maintain a strong, healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify recent business opportunities and target segments
Schedule and coordinate client meetings, product demos, and presentations
Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns in coordination with marketing
Maintain relationships with prospective clients through consistent follow-ups and nurturing




Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline status
Collaborate with the pre-sales technical consultant to hand over qualified, well-briefed leads

Skills Required
Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with market research capability
Proficiency in Zoho CRM tool and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Target-driven with a proactive, self-starter attitude
Valuable understanding of B2B sales cycles
