Role Description The Junior Technical Consultant is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role involves supporting senior consultants and project teams with technical assessments, documentation, and coordination related to construction projects. Daily responsibilities include providing technical support to internal stakeholders and clients, assisting in troubleshooting project issues, and contributing to solution proposals that align with design and quality standards.

Consultant will help prepare reports, participate in client meetings, and collaborate with construction, design, and sales teams to ensure smooth project delivery.



The role also includes learning and applying company methodologies and tools, while maintaining clear and qualified communication in all interactions.

Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to interpret technical data, project requirements, and performance metrics.
Consulting and client-facing skills to understand needs, communicate solutions, and support project decision-making.
Technical support and troubleshooting abilities to address construction-related issues and coordinate resolutions.
Sales awareness to support proposal development, present technical benefits, and collaborate with business teams.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related technical field.
Basic understanding of building systems, construction processes, and relevant standards or regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management or CAD tools is an advantage.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on-site with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and grow into more advanced consulting responsibilities.
