Manager - Purchase (Mumbai)

Educational Qualification
Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Engineering, Business Administration,

Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
MBA/PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain, or Procurement Management will be preferred.
Skilled certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.

Experience
10–15 years of experience in procurement and purchase management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial/leadership role.
Lead and oversee the end-to-end procurement function, ensuring timely,

cost-effective, and compliant procurement of goods and services.
Develop procurement strategies, policies, and SOPs to improve operational efficiency and governance.
Manage tendering processes, contract administration, vendor evaluation,

negotiations, and strategic sourcing.
Oversee procurement for construction, infrastructure, civil, MEP, renovation,

and interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely procurement of materials,

equipment, and services.
Coordinate with project consultants, architects, engineers,



contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of construction-related procurement activities.
Ensure timely renewal of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), service agreements, and software licenses.
Monitor procurement budgets, identify cost-saving prospects, and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, statutory regulations, GST requirements, and audit standards.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Oversee ERP-based procurement processes (SAP/Oracle), procurement MIS, and performance reporting.
Lead, mentor, and develop the purchase team while driving process improvements and best procurement practices.
Build and maintain solid relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure quality, reliability, and value for the organization.
