The incumbent would be responsible for the following:
Achieve desired Business Volume for laboratory business- Ensuring achievement of laboratory business plan for the given region & accounts. To develop recent accounts & ensuring their enhancement.
Working Capital Management- Maintaining positive control on working capital.
Key account Management Maintaining positive relationship with key accounts and building relationship with new key accounts. Creating & maintaining Laboratory database.
Market Coverage- Conduct Developmental Activities.
Business from dealers Prepare and establish formats and process to adhere to the timelines proactively. To develop new channel partners and ensuring current partners are engaged well.
MIS & Analytics Ensure Weekly/Biweekly / Monthly / Quarterly and Other reports sought by Regional Office sent on time. To ensure all queries are handled within timelines and customer satisfaction score is maintained. To ensure product and process trainings are given to team members.
REQUISITE QUALIFICATION
Essential
Degree in engineering / Graduate in any discipline
Preferred
Degree in engineering or Graduate in any discipline with Postgraduate qualification in Management
REQUISITE WORK EXPERIENCE
Essential
3 years of relevant work experience for Degree in Engineering OR 5 years of relevant work experience for Graduate in any discipline
Preferred
Experience in laboratory industry preferred.
