Role Description The Lead – Programme Implementation will oversee the end-to-end implementation of Ei's learning programmes across partner schools and institutions. This full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves planning and managing programme rollout, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality execution aligned with Ei's academic and operational standards. The role includes monitoring programme performance, analyzing data,



and using insights to refine implementation strategies and improve learner outcomes. The Lead will deliver training and support for teachers, students, and field teams to ensure effective adoption of Ei's products. The role also requires resolving implementation issues, maintaining strong relationships with partners, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and best practices. · Strong programme and project management skills, including planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale education initiatives.

· Excellent communication skills for engaging with schools, teachers, internal teams, and senior stakeholders in a explicit and professional manner.

· Experience in training and facilitation

· Customer service orientation, with a focus on stakeholder satisfaction, responsiveness, and long-term relationship management.

· Background in education, ed-tech, or social impact sectors is highly beneficial; familiarity with K–12 curricula and classroom realities is an advantage.

· Bachelor's degree in any field preferred.

· Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, travel across South Zone as and when required
