Responsibilities
Generate recent business for the RMC plant by meeting architects, builders, contractors, developers, and consultants.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Identify upcoming construction projects and convert leads into orders.
Conduct regular field visits and client meetings.
Follow up on enquiries and coordinate with the plant and operations team for timely order execution.
Maintain records of client visits, leads, and sales activities.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
1–5 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in RMC, cement, steel, construction materials, or the building industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
Valuable knowledge of the Varanasi market and surrounding areas will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
