Junior AR Analyst AR Review & Insurance Analysis /: Responsibilities/: Aged Accounts Receivable Management/: To enhance immediate collection velocity, systematically evaluate the aged AR queue and prioritize outstanding accounts.

Payer Denial

Resolution & Appeals/: Examine insurance claim denials and, in order to reverse erroneous payer rejections, draft and send official, evidence/-based appeal letters together with the required medical documentation.

Insurance Payer Interfacing/: Track claim processing statuses and resolve eligibility problems by initiating direct phone and web/-portal follow/-ups with insurance clearinghouses and claim adjusters.

EOB and ERA Remittance Analysis/: Interpret complicated Payer Remittance Advice codes to find patient copay obligations, contractual write/-offs, adjustments, and co/-insurance loops. Root/-Cause Trend Analysis/: To remove upstream errors, find recurrent denial trends, such as coding problems, prior authorization omissions, or medical necessity blocks, and report them to front/-end billing teams.





Clearinghouse Rejection Management/: Keep an eye on daily clearinghouse reports and address demographic inconsistencies, coordination of advantages /(COB/) disparities, and front/-end cleaning problems before claims age.

Documentation for the RCM System Precision/: Keep thorough, detailed notes in the primary medical billing software platform, recording each phone call, appeal tracking number, and payer commitment information.
