Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and collaborate closely with product, UI/UX, and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end development of full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React
Design and implement RESTful and Microservices-based architectures
Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring to development teams
Collaborate with product owners and architects to define technical solutions




Ensure high performance, scalability, security, and maintainability of applications
Drive best practices in coding standards, CI/CD, and DevOps integration
Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root-cause analysis
Participate in architecture discussions and technology evaluations

Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of hands-on experience in software development
Robust expertise in Java (8+), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
Solid experience with React.js , Redux, Hooks, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience building and consuming REST APIs
Solid understanding of Microservices architecture
Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
Experience with Docker & Kubernetes (preferred)
Robust knowledge of Git , version control, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
