Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for real estate properties
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations
Provide safety training to employees and contractors
Investigate and report on any safety incidents or accidents
Collaborate with management to create a protected and secure work workplace Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
Minimum of 10 plus years of experience in safety management, preferably in real estate
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation preferred Work Experience Skills Required:
