Job Title: Survey Draftsman

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare survey drawings using AutoCAD/Civil 3D or similar CAD software.

Prepare Topographical Survey, Boundary Survey, Demarcation, Layout, and As-built drawings.

Superimpose survey drawings with approval layouts, master plans, and satellite images.

Verify land records such as FMB, Village Maps, TSLR, Patta, Chitta, Tippan, and Revenue Sketches.

Coordinate with surveyors, liaison teams, legal teams, and project engineers.

Maintain drawing revisions and document control.

Ensure drawings comply with project standards and client requirements.

Support government survey activities and land document verification.

Prepare reports and presentation drawings for management and authorities.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D is an advantage).

Knowledge of Total Station, DGPS, GPS, Drone/LiDAR survey data.

Understanding of land survey principles and coordinate systems.

Knowledge of revenue records and land documents.

Solid attention to detail and accuracy.

Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Qualification:

Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Survey Engineering.
