Role & responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of sandblasting machines, cleaning machines.
Maintain pumps, blowers, compressors, heaters, spray systems, and conveyors.
Handle maintenance of sand blasting media tanks, dosing systems, filtration units, exhaust systems, and scrubbers.
Ensure proper functioning of PLC panels, sensors, interlocks, valves, and safety systems.
Monitor and control process parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow, and sand media concentration.
Ensure machine safety, LOTO compliance, statutory checks and 5S practices Collaborate with Quality, Production, and other Cross functional teams to validate processes and implement engineering changes in terms of Kaizen, Cost Saving, Man power Optimization and Poka Yoke effectively.
Support installation, commissioning,



and acceptance of recent equipment.
Maintain spares inventory,Critical spare parts, maintenance logs, checklists, and SOPs.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for breakdowns using tools like 5-Why, FMEA, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Preferred candidate profile
B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics. Others please don't apply.
3 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Dry / Wet Sand blasting & Cleaning machines.
Robust expertise in Sand blasting and Cleaning machines working and maintenance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill and willing to work in shifts.
