Role Description This is a full time, on-site Junior UI/UX Developer role based in the Mohali district. The Junior UI/UX Developer will assist in designing and implementing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, working closely with senior designers and developers.

Day-to-day tasks include translating wireframes and design concepts into responsive layouts, refining visual elements, and supporting front-end development using modern frameworks and tools. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, participating in design reviews, and iterating on user flows based on feedback.



The Junior UI/UX Developer will also help conduct basic usability checks, ensure consistency with design guidelines, and maintain documentation for design and interface components.

Qualifications
Foundational skills in UI design, including layout, color theory, typography, and creating clean, intuitive interfaces.
Basic UX skills such as user flow design, wireframing, and understanding of user-centered design principles.
Proficiency with common design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar).
Entry-level front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for implementing designs.
Ability to collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders, with explicit written and verbal communication.
Strong attention to detail, willingness to take feedback, and ability to iterate quickly on design changes.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
Interest in staying current with UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and best practices in responsive design.
