Role Description The Manager role at Internzvalley is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Manager will oversee daily operational activities, coordinate upskilling programs, and ensure smooth delivery of hands-on learning experiences for participants.

This role includes managing schedules, supervising teams, tracking program performance, and addressing learner and partner inquiries. The Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes, maintain quality standards, and support strategic initiatives. The position also involves reporting on key metrics, identifying areas for improvement,



and contributing to the overall growth and effectiveness of Internzvalley’s offerings.

Qualifications
Ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and oversee day-to-day operations in a structured, organized manner.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with learners, mentors, and partners to align expectations and resolve issues.
Proficiency in planning, coordinating, and executing programs or projects within defined timelines and quality standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conducting meetings, delivering updates, and maintaining team-oriented relationships.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data, monitor performance metrics, and implement process improvements.
Comfort with basic digital tools and productivity software used for scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, education, or a related field; prior experience in training, education, or operations management is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, adapt to a rapid-paced environment, and support an inclusive, learner-focused culture.
