Role Description The Junior Web Developer will support the design, development, and maintenance of responsive websites and web applications that align with client brand guidelines and campaign goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with front-end coding, basic back-end integration, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing site performance and usability. The role will collaborate closely with designers, senior developers, and account teams to implement visual designs, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and update content as needed.





This is a full-time, in office role based in Thane. Qualifications

Solid foundation in Front-End Development skills such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with an understanding of responsive design principles.

Basic Back-End Web Development exposure (e.g., server-side programming, databases) and interest in learning up-to-date frameworks.

General Web Development and Programming skills, including debugging, code organization, and version control (e.g., Git).

Web Design awareness, including usability, accessibility, and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers.

Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to learn quickly, follow coding standards, and work collaboratively in a creative, deadline-driven environment.

Good communication skills and attention to detail when implementing requirements and documenting work.
