Position Summary Job Title: field service Engineer (Lenovo Warranty Services) Number of Openings: 10 Date of Posting: July 6, 2026 Job Type: Full-time Location: [Mahadevapura] Key Responsibilities As a Lenovo Warranty Services Specialist, your daily responsibilities will include: Hardware Diagnostics & Replacement: Accurately identifying faulty components and performing exact parts replacements (including motherboards, keyboards, LCD screens, RAM, SSDs, and batteries) on Lenovo laptops (ThinkPad, IdeaPad, Yoga, Legion). Software & Driver Management: Diagnosing OS issues, performing clean installations, and managing system updates, BIOS flashes, and Lenovo-specific driver updates.

Troubleshooting: Systematically diagnosing hardware failures, Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors, power issues, and connectivity anomalies.

Warranty Validation:



Reviewing customer warranty status, documenting case logs, and ensuring repairs align with Lenovo’s service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills &

Qualifications We are looking for candidates who possess: Hands-on Hardware Experience: Proven experience in disassembling and reassembling laptops, specifically replacing delicate internal components.

Technical Troubleshooting: Solid understanding of Windows OS environments, device managers, and troubleshooting methodologies. Driver & Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Lenovo Vantage, system deployment tools, and manual driver updates.

Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory): CompTIA A , Lenovo Certified Service Technician (LCST), or equivalent hardware certifications.

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
