Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
Ensure uninterrupted functioning of hospital utilities, including HVAC, electrical systems, water supply, medical gas systems, DG sets, fire protection systems, and sewage treatment facilities.
Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, NABH/NQAS requirements, and hospital engineering protocols.
Supervise engineering staff, contractors, and vendors.
Prepare maintenance budgets, monitor expenses, and manage procurement of engineering materials and spare parts.
