Job Responsibilities
Contact prospective students through LinkedIn.
Counsel students regarding courses, certifications, and career opportunities.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system.
Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the admission process.
Eligibility
12 Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Valuable English communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
Prior experience in EdTech, BPO, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales is preferred but not mandatory.
