Responsibilities:
Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for plant equipment and machinery.
Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Attend and resolve machine breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
Prepare and maintain maintenance schedules and records.
Coordinate with production teams to plan maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
Ensure proper functioning of utilities such as compressors, boilers, HVAC systems, generators, water systems, and electrical equipment.
Conduct routine inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement requirements.
Assist in installation, commissioning, and qualification of current equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintenance procedures, and company policies.
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Support energy conservation and cost-reduction initiatives.
Prepare maintenance reports and equipment performance data.
Required Skills
Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance practices.
Understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to troubleshoot equipment and utility-related issues.
Familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS) is an advantage.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and coordination abilities.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, maintenance software).
Required Qualification: -Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical/Electrical Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
