We are looking for a proactive and result-driven LinkedIn/B2B Lead Generation Executive with 1–2 years of experience in identifying and generating qualified business leads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, lead research, prospecting, and outreach to support the sales team in building a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities Generate high-quality B2B leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other online platforms.

Research and identify potential clients based on target industries and business requirements.

Build and maintain prospect databases using CRM or Excel.

Send personalized connection requests and outreach messages on LinkedIn.

Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and follow-ups.





Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.

Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Required Skills 1–2 years of experience in B2B lead generation or LinkedIn prospecting.

Robust knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead research tools.

Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is preferred.

Excellent communication and written English skills.

Valuable understanding of email outreach and lead qualification.

Robust research, analytical, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
