Role Description The Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research to identify trends and customer needs, and supporting sales initiatives to drive business growth.

The Marketing

Executive will develop promotional materials, manage digital and offline marketing activities, coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency, and track performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies.



Daily tasks include preparing reports, maintaining CRM data related to marketing and sales activities, and representing the company in client-facing and promotional events as needed.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective campaigns.

Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and interpret data for informed decision-making.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for client interaction, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Candidates should possess Sales and marketing support skills to help drive lead generation and conversions.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., social media, email marketing, analytics platforms).

Ability to work on-site in Nagpur, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.

Strong analytical, presentation, and relationship-building skills; prior experience in IT or technology services is an advantage.
