Role Description This is a full time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Siliguri.

The Medical Sales

Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s medical and pharmaceutical products to healthcare specialists, pharmacies, and medical institutions. Daily activities include visiting existing and potential clients, presenting product information, answering technical and commercial queries, and building long-term relationships. The role also involves tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records, following up on orders and deliveries, and providing after-sales support.

Representative will collaborate with internal teams to share market feedback, support promotional activities, and ensure alignment with company sales targets.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management and relationship building with healthcare professionals.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to present products clearly, handle inquiries, and resolve issues professionally.
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, usage, and regulatory considerations.
Relevant skills such as negotiation, basic data analysis, and familiarity with sales reporting tools would be beneficial.
Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, preferably in the Siliguri or broader West Bengal region, is an advantage.
A diploma or degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field is preferred, along with a valid ability to travel locally as required.
