Key Responsibilities
Carry out routine inspection of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
Attend and resolve maintenance complaints within defined timelines.
Perform preventive maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and civil assets.
Monitor DG sets, water pumps, STP, WTP, fire safety systems, and other engineering equipment.
Coordinate with vendors for repairs, AMC services, and specialized maintenance work.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs.
Support pre-opening setup activities and engineering readiness for recent properties.
Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office teams to minimize guest inconvenience.
Monitor utility consumption and identify prospects for cost optimization.

Desired Candidate Profile




ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related field.
Prior experience in hotel engineering, facility management, or maintenance operations preferred.
Sound knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues independently.
Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
